Capital Business Solutions Inc. (CBS) was formed by Blair Bondar, Lloyd Strain, Bill Thompson, Tom Hollinshead and Steve Cribb. This group will provide services including Commercial Mortgage Brokerage, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Equipment Leasing/Financing and related consulting. Files and clients previously serviced by these principals of CBS will relocate to Capital Business Solutions with their affiliated Advisor. CBS has a team of dedicated support staff to ensure the provision of high quality service to our valued clients.

The history of the name Capital Business Solutions dates back to 2001 when Steve Cribb founded the original Capital Business Solutions to assist companies with commercial mortgage and other financing requirements. Over the years the company went through a number of name changes and grew to include all types of corporate finance as well as Merger and Acquisition Advisory services. The new Capital Business Solutions Inc. will continue on with the tradition of professional, timely performance and success that has become the envy of many of the larger firms.
