Previous to Capital Business Solutions, Tom was a Senior Consultant with Sumex Business Financing. He is a Certified General Accountant with over 25 years of successful financial and management experience in public accounting and private industry. His background includes Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer positions in the manufacturing and retail industries with both large and small companies.

Tom's wide-ranging business experience includes start-up, high growth, venture capital financing, international operations and business sales.

A recent success of Tom's was with a start-up manufacturing company called Bulwark Protective Apparel. Tom was partner and a key member of the management team that grew the company to $26 million in sales in six years and then sold to a large US conglomerate.
